1 year old trained / neutered / micro-chipped Cockapoo for sale in Chantilly, Virginia

Breaks my heart but he has to go as we are unable to spend time with him and to leave him along for 12 hours a day isn't fair to him. :(
Brutus turned a year old on January 20th. We purchased him for $1400 from Dreamy Puppies in April and spent another $500 on his 1 year health plan from Banfield. He is up to date on all his shots and has been neutered and micro-chipped. He was professionally trained to Sit, Lie, Shake and Leave It in exchange for a treat. His favorite pastime is getting his belly scratched or playing tug with any old rag. He enjoys taking you for walks. I've been working with him to bring his chain to me when heading out for a walk and have gotten him to bring it to me but haven't quite gotten him to give it in my hand.
He is a VERY intelligent animal. A trainer at PETCO said he was almost ready for the CGC test. If you're looking for a pet that is house-broken and very friendly to adults and kids alike, you're in luck! Brutus will come to you with his time-out crate, shampoo, cologne, treats, toys, cushion etc. If you decide to take him home with you, you won't have to worry about getting him anything anytime soon.
